Co-Build Session

A pilot budget, honestly allocated.

This is a working canvas, not a proposal. We agree the budget, you define what success looks like, and we allocate together — line by line — across creators and events.

Tick what's in, then enter what % of the pilot budget each placement gets (ticked rows should add up to 100). This is the plan agreed in the session. Each creator gets a unique app-install code; the installs / tip uses / usage they drive are entered later in the Results section, where they're attributed back to each creator.

How We'll Know It Worked

You define success. We allocate to deliver it.

Value to Rumble — by engagement
The wallet is a free install, so define what each outcome is worth to Rumble. These set the value of each engagement used in The Results (section 06) and Return on Spend (section 07).

Measurement Window

How long until we measure — and what counts as success.

Content is created and presented in June 2026. Success is measured over an agreed window after the campaign goes live — each creator is tracked individually (unique install code), so app installs, tip uses and usage are attributed per creator and entered in The Results (section 06). Set the period and the success bar with Rumble.

The Results

Gathered 1–3 months later. Entered per creator.

After the measurement window, enter the installs, tip uses and usage each allocated creator drove via their unique install code. Only creators allocated in section 03 appear here. Each row is valued at the figures in section 04 and shows that creator's ROI on their slice of the budget.

Return on Spend

What the pilot delivers Rumble — and the multiple on top.

The point of the pilot: Rumble pays the budget, the creators secure app installs (and tip use / usage) — each tracked by a unique install code — valued at the figures in section 04. The total value delivered and the ROI over the spend update live from the results in section 06.

Built for the Justin Henry co-build session, June 2026. Working allocation only — final terms, creator availability, and event slot holds confirmed in writing post-session. Vertical lockout activates on signed scope. The brand contracts and pays each creator and event directly — deliverables and payment terms are agreed and signed between the brand and the creator / event, typically structured as a 3-month monthly retainer. The event / creator pays Satoshi Services a % of revenue for each brand placement / project.
